Greetings from the OPS Center (sort of…) Well, we got the Advance Party here in 60+ degree weather – very unseasonably warm for the area/time of year. Got issued the “Wicked” cool-guy Cold/Wet Wether Gear and a few niftey items that would best be used in warmer environments. Then we Started Class room training for Weapons Ranges. On the first Range Day, the Snow came down… Talk of more (Nebraska got a blizzard, allegedly headed this way) of the same wether is predicetd into next week. We will have more class room days, and ranges over the next few days then get into the scenario training. This is the stuff I did when I was stationed here until July. I never thought I’d be one of those going to the desert, but training to do so in Artic Conditions. I can’t wait to see what Ft Dix has in store… (I’ll be happy as long as I don’t run into my ex wife). That’s it for now; Wildcard 3 Out!
